Not long ago, Public Mobile provided a free additional SIM card to anyone who order from this website. if you can't wait for the CSA's response, changing to a new SIM card will bypass this issue.
PM should give us all an extra SIM.. afterall, it doesn't cost them much.
the other day I received a WinBack letter from Rogers. They include the SIM card in the letter already

@Domgodess no worry, at least this is something PM could help. Open a ticket using Chabot:
start by typing SIM PUK, then click Sim card PUK and then click Contact Us, finally click Click here to submit a ticket
you will then directed to another page finish the process

Oops, sorry to hear that. We've all done silly things sometimes but hopefully you get back in soon. I'd agree that you can try and get this from Public Mobile by contacting staff directly - open a ticket through the SIMon chatbot (chat bubble, lower-right corner) so they can look directly into your account for this.
If you're not able to access any services, one idea is to suspend your service until you get back in. However, the CS staff here are usually pretty quick so hopefully it won't take lon.
On a similar note, you've replied to an old thread. In the future, I'd recommend starting a new thread so we can focus on helping your problem instead of getting mixed in with others. 🙂
