hello ,
I have a kyocera duraforce E6910 with android 10 too and have the same issue with the MMS even when the Apn settings are correct.Only data works correctly
I have tried three different cards/carrier with correct MMS apn settings and the problem still persists.
you see only the sending arrows which interrupts permanently.
I think there is a bug on their software or did you solve the issue with a workaround ?
Thank you

As far as I’m aware the is no work around. The only solution is buying a new phone that’s within the last 6ish years old.

But trying changing your APN settings again. Click add new setting and remove old then add this. Restart and see if any change.

It is an APN issue. You will need to delete the current APN profile first. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensivitve and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
