You can contact moderators to help with resetting your PIN#.
To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

I can't imagine that you're trying to remember your top up code, but your account PIN isn't needed to apply top ups to your account if you've already purchased a voucher. Many customers (including myself) go years without ever using the account PIN. Are you trying to get into your self serve accout but can't log in?
