Been trying to port my number out with pm to my new carrier the sgrng deleted the esim so now I am unable to get request can some on manually appve the request pls

Hey @James61722 

This is what you do. If you still have the PM app on your phone, open it, sign in and go purchase an eSIM. Don't worry, it will be $5 but when you get to the checkout, it will be free. Reinstall the eSIM and get your PM services back. Then contact your other provider and ask them to try the port request again.

where you are porting out to?  unless you are porting to Koodo or Telus, then you can port without an active sim, if you are porting elsewhere, you need to get reactivate a sim card to get the port approval text

you deleted the esim too fast.  You need to get a text from PM and approved it before you delete it.  I doubt there is much you can do other than to get a esim or physical sim back.  But ask PM support and check

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
            (use email to get the 2FA code, click Didn't receive code or Resend code and choose Send email)
