I lost my cell phone and all my information 

I would like to transfer my public mobile number to another sim card I have please

Hi @Candy1120 

 

If you mean you wish to port to another provider, and you already have a SIM card for that other provider, because you have lost your phone and will not be able to receive the SMS confirmation text from Public Mobile to approve the port, click here to contact Public Mobile to authorize the port.

  1. Log into your Self-Serve account
  2. Go to Plan and Add-ons > Change SIM card

  1. Enter your new SIM card number into the field. Your SIM card number is found on the back of your SIM card.
