How do I do the payment?

My credit card number is settled in my account, is that enough or do I have to do something else. I really don't want to lose my number or stop the service

when you created your new Public Mobile account, you had to provide a valid Cdn payment card. Your new account is set to autopay every 30 days and will automatically charge your payment card. If you're issued a new card, you must log in to your account to change the payment card on file.

If the account is suspended, you need to make a manual payment to resume service

When loading funds for renewal, remember to add E911 fess if you are in the following provinces: AB, NB, NF, NS, NWT, NU, PEI, QC, SK
