@timothyfriesen Sorry, Shazia had left for the day before you posted your wife's problem. Let's tag @Mary_M in case Shazia has the day off. That is the problem with sending a private message rather than posting; you can't be sure who is on deck each day.

 

I have also moved this post to create a new thread just for your wife's outage. This improves its visibility compared to adding to an old thread.
