i just added money to my account and changed my plan from 25 dollar talk only to new 25 dollar talk and text plan but it didnt take and still on the only talk plan WHAT,

For any of the currently and recently offered plans, calling that phone number will not work. Public Mobile will not provide over-the-phone customer service for customers who call in who are on these types of plans. Only customers on old Legacy Plans are eligible for phone-in customer service.

@kevo1 Seems changing your plan after expiry needs moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. They've left for the day so expect a reply tomorrow.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
BTW: You posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
