Hey I have had no sevice for two days after trying 4 SIM cards at the local public mobile provider I have wifi but no network? Telus line nor Koodo will help me this is a stressful two days at work and I am extremely unhappy with this new plan so far! Why have I not connected yet I’ve been thru all the prompts

Never mind.. you want help.

 

You will need to send a private message via the envelope icon in the upper right corner of your screen.  Send a message to Moderator_Team.

 

You will need to send your phone number account number, and PIN, along with everything you can describe about your service problem.

 

There is no voice support call centre, this forum and the Moderator Team account at it.
