Please Sansun, help me with Public Mobile to send another request for transfer number to Virgin Plus. Please help so I can activate my Public account.

The transfer is from Virgin Mobile to Public Mobile.
So, needs that PM to send a new request for transfer.

we are just customers and not PM agent
but to port to Virgin, you need your PM account still active. And you need to get the account number from My Account, Profile page
Then go to Virgin Plus , activate and put in the phone number and account number.
once activated with virgin, do not remove PM sim still. PM will send you a text and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins. After you replied, you can then wait an hour and put the Virgin sim card and test inbound and outbound calls
