Just so's you know, there is no actual call center that a customer can call and talk to support. Most everything is done in your self service portion of your plan. If you need help, start by posting a question here in the Community Forum. We don't work for PM but have knowledgeable forum watchers here 24/7... crowd-sourced support, you could say. Someone usually has an answer for most questions relating to your Public Mobile service. If your concern is account related, you'd need Customer Support for that and we can guide you to the quickest way to get help fast. Late last week, Public Mobile had a great 50% Off Offer that caused so much traffic, the system overloaded. It's taken several days to get straight and there's still folks waiting for support.
