Hello, I've sent multiple messages for support on this issue. My number was half ported and SMS does not work, and I have not received a response after the issue in five days. Please send a response ASAP as this issue needs to be escalated.

At first I didnt get responses when I just messaged CS_Agent. I then added 2 more I found here in the community that someone recommended, and messaged them each separately. Once I did that someone finally got back to me after a few days. Message all three and hopefully that will speed their response like it did with me:
