Hello @kiyakker ,

 

You will need to obtain a Public Mobile SIM card first.

 

  1. If you are a Koodo Postpaid customer you can port your Koodo number during the activation process with Public Mobile. I did it, pretty smooth transition. 
  2. If you are a Koodo Prepaid customer then you will need to activate with a temporary number, then port your number afterwards. To port afterwards you can contact the moderators.

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

Ensure that the Koodo account is still open. After opening your Public Mobile account, go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type "port request". Ensure that you have your Koodo account number availiable.
