So, I just got started with Public Mobile 2 days ago.  I couldn't get started immediately because my phone was locked by my previous provider. My phone is now unlocked and I am able to send and receive text messages and outgoing calls work. However, I am not able to receive incoming calls.  Any ideas?

Did you ask for a phone number to be transfered to Public Mobile? If you did and it's from another cell phone carrier, a period of 2 days means that the number transfer request faiiled.  If that's the case, open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat

and then type "port request".
