They will help you out of you provide them with enough information, such as who told you this information, how far along you are in having a created account, or what services are not working for you.

What type of issue are you having with your account and who told you this?  If it's Public Mobile who told you this, you need to work with that modeartor to get your service working properly. Customers can only give advice to others and cannot fix account or back end issues.
