according to ertyu website, Bell has 2 network towers in Windsor and Telus has A LOT

But it does not really matter honest, Bell and Telus share the network and there is no network priority.  For most phones, if it works for Bell, it would work for Telus and they will use Bell and Telus towers without any extra work, don't even need to turn on roaming
