Been there, done all that and more, checked with IT peoples at work, they all agree it’s a public mobile issue not the phones. It seems there IS NO FIX to this APN screw up, I’ll just let the 90 days I paid for go by and then get a provider that can help via more personal like. At least I can talk and text until then. I will say however it’s too bad, Public Mobile does have the best rates I’ve seen in all my searching.

I have tried on iPhone 5s and se, and as I said been there, done all that and still no data thank you for the suggestion anyway

@Algaede your thread was moved so not sure what the been there done that refers to. as mentioned what model of iphone do you have?
there are many iphone users on PM and if it was a phone thing i am sure there would be many threads of no iphone data.

Let us know your model. I’m sure someone will be able assist you. Assuming that it’s only data that is malfunctioning. If it is all services you should confirm your phone is unlocked.
