I just bought a plan with an eSIM, the app flow timed out and didn't install my eSIM, I never got the famous email "with the QR code" which is mentioned everyone but apparently no one is getting. My number from many years now appears to be lost, thank you for a great first experience PM!

Thank you for the reply! I did check the SIM manager in setting and there is no eSIM there. Since my phone transfer already went through (took less than 20 minutes) my phone only shows my previous physical SIM as "not provisioned" and no other SIM/eSIM.
I sent a direct message using the link that you provided, thanks. Hopefully they can help me get my eSIM and my phone number is linked to it and not lost.

hi @JB006 the eSIM might be on the phone already. Check the sim manager or settings->Cellular screen. if it is there, make sure it is enabled and Turn on this line is set and set as Primary
if that does not help, ask support to check
