I paid for my plan and still no service

Hi, I am able to make calls because I had to go and buy a pay as you go card. My SIM is locked but not by my previous server as they unlocked for me months ago. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Issue has been solved. Someone from Public Mobile sent me an email with the PUK, which unlocked my SIM card.

@Leeesa53  What is the make and model of your phone? What happens when you put in the Public Mobile sim card into your phone. Does it ask you for a network or master unlock code?
