@Japarkinson Using airplane mode is a great troubleshooting technique for any kind of connectivity issue......poor signal, dropped calls, not receiving texts, slow data ( that unending circle of death). If rebooting your phone doesn't fix an issue using airplane mode is often the easiest way to solve those kind of issues. I'm happy it helped!

The answer was to turn on aeroplane and then turn off.

@Japarkinson Did you just activate? Or just go thru renewal? Or neither? Try turning airplane mode on and wait 5 min. Turn airplane mode off.
