It’s a good idea to write down your PIN and credit card expiry month and year for future reference.

Before you log in to change your card. Clear your browser. Close all tabs. Reboot your device. Open one tab only using secret/incognito mode in Firefox, chrome or safari. This will help avoid error messages. Go to make a payment. Then scroll down to "manage my card" click on it. Choose "replace my card". You can then enter your new card info.

PIN is not required to add a credit card. Go to selfserve.publicmobile.ca to proceed.
