TRUST ME ME TOO I AM FRUSTRATED BY THIS ATROICIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE MY SUBSCRIPTION FAILED TO RENEW WHICH I MANAGED TO PAY IT SINCE IT SAID MY SUBSCRIPTION FAILED TO RENEW AND I PUT IN A NEW CARD AND PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL AND NORMALLY THE PLAN WORKS AND I CAN USE EVERYTBING BUT THIS TIME ITS STILL ON SOS IVE reset network settings I’ve turned on airplane mode I even took out physical sim nothing works I’m stuck with SOS I even got logged out of iMessage cuz of it I can’t do anything with this phone without wifi now please fix it

Hello, once again I am being fed with lies. Below I have attached each of my conversations which no one has gotten back to me and it has been days and hours. How are you guys able to respond to my community post here but not in my inbox when i provided all the infromation needed. I am done.
you guys just ignore ignore ignore how about you please for the love of god respond to my messages in which i have provided my phone number my device and everything im sick and tired of speaking to AI and being on SOS mode!!!!!

trust me first thing i assumed was I need a PM to help but no one is responding to me which is very annoying and theres no physical store for me to walk in and theres no phone number for assistance. im using the same physical sim card ive originally got when i switched from lucky mobile to public mobile back in 2023. ive never in my life had these issues and theres been times before where my subscrption didnt renew but i repaid it same time and it would work all in all i pray i get this sorted within 24 hours or im gone from this company ive read more reviews and its many people complaining.

yes, you need PM to help.
but are you using eSIM? some people get the issue resolved quickly by betting a new eSIM using the app. Download PM app on the phone, login and buy a new one from Account -> Purchase sim card -> eSIM. It should be free if your last one you got was over 15 days ago

thank u because this is so frustrating as a engineer i need my number im literally stuck on sos mode also look below u will see my subscription is active and my payment went through and everything its like my phone is just a brick at this point
they take years to respond at this point im giving it another 12-24 hours until i completely switch companies because this is unbelieveable... from 9am-10pm and i cant get any assistance
