I had to change my banking info and just got it updated so I had a missed payment but the banking info is updated now so you can go in and take the payment out of the account.

Will they go into my account and take it out tonight though? Because they have did it with other customers. And I’ve tried calling and I don’t have a pin and was never given a pin.

@MarlaHumber you have to manually make the payment yourself now. They will not attempt again until the next renewal day. So if you want your services restored, you need to do it yourself.
Once signed into your account, click on the Payment tab to renew.

If the account was suspended, you need to make a manual payment after you updated the card to resume service

Just in case you have trouble making the payment, , you can get a voucher from SDM/Rexall/Loblaws/Cantire and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone (or 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone) to resume service first and then try updating the card again later
