Hi @noor2004 are you the OP or helping them? If you are having trouble opening self serve you can just send a private message to CS_Agent. Just click on envelope icon at top right of the screen to do so.

@noor2004 Did you activate your self serve account?
The self serve account would be set up with your email as username and a password. If you've forgotten the password, then use the links provided earlier to get a password reset for your account.
If you never set up the account, then you can do that now at this link: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
