Yes, it is set up correctly and working. I did submit a ticket. We will see what comes of that.

so, you have the esim setup on the new phone correctly?
if just the $5 , PM will reimburse, just that you have to submit a ticket. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

I have transfered my esim to a new phone..... the system is supposed to recognize me (I am logged in) and thus, will not charge me the $5 fee. However, it did.
