Hello everyone,
here are some questions about Change Number:
1. do I need another New SIM card in order to change the number (for the New #)?
2. After change #, the old number will be deleted? Will the monthly Plan be effected or stay the same?
3. and I can use the New # instantly?
4.Any extra Fee of Change #?
5. should I power OFF my phone, during Change # ?

Hello, I have TWO questions about Change New phone number.

Hello, I still have some trouble after change the new phone number. 
Is there any Expert can help me?

After choosing the new number, I click ‘Save Changes’.
check My Account/Profile, my current number is the New one that I just changed. 
also, I can call out and receive call with the New phone number.
my new number works, and it shows on receiver's phone screen. (which is good)

1. but, even I restart my phone, and check my cell phone/settings/SIM card/Phone Number, that shows the OLD number.

2. on the other, when I login EverSafe page, I try to Update/Change Mobile Number with the New one. and click "Confirm" button.
It shows the message as bellow:
Changing your number means any future confirmation codes for two-step authentication will be sent to this new number.
Please use a unique phone number.
and there is a link Remove

The 2 factor authentication (2FA) code will be text to your phone to confirm you are you to avoid fraud.

When you login to your account…it will automatically go to the Eversafe ID.

and how can I Manage EverSafe ID ?
is it under My Account pages?

1. no new sim card needed

2. old number will be back to PM or the original provider who owns the number.
     Monthly plan will stay same

3.  Yes, just reboot the phone and it will work

4. no fees, you can change 4 times every 30 days

5. no need power off during the change, just need to reboot phone

You can make the number change by going to My Account, then Profile, and click the pencil besides phone number to change

After the number is changed, you need to login My Account to update the 2FA number.  Login My Account, the system will still try to send the 2FA to your old number.  No worries, click Didn't receive code and then select Send email to get the code.  After login, go to Profile, then Manage EverSafe ID and  update the phone number there to your new number
