Hi, are you able to assist me?

 

I am posting on behalf of my uncle, he is also on autopay and the payment has gone through as it normally does.

When we long into the account, it says he is active.  But when he is on his phone, it says "Unregistered SIM card" and he is unable to use the phone.

 

 

As of right now, it is showing his number is registered to my moms old phone number which was with Bell?

 

How is this possible?

@mmottola , account shows Active but phone shows unregistered SIM , it could be an issue with a faulty SIM or device.   First try reseat the SIM, power down the phone,  then take SIM out for a minute before putting it back in

 

if you have a second phone around,  try to put your PM SIM there and see if it works

Which number is showing in the logged in account?

Is the account new here?

Was a number transfer attempted?

Or was a new number selected?

Try rebooting the phone.  Also try removing the sim and put it back in.  Was the phone number ever ported to PM ?
