it looks to me it is a sim provisioning issue. It is an easy fix on Public Mobile side. PM CS agent can check and re-provision the sim and should be able to resolve the issue.
Have you reached out to PM CS agent yet? If not, please use your son's account and message PM agent directly. Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply there
(Since it is a bit late now, they will not reply until tomorrow morning)

Hi, my son's phone lost signal a few days ago, I reset the network, my phone is unlocked.. when you call the number it calls but my son's phone does not ring. I try to my a call from it and it says "not registered to a network" , It is unable to connect to teleus or bell network. When I switch my Sims around in my cell and his cell.. it works in mine but not his and mine also works in his... the issue is his sim will not call, text or data.. shows bars of service sometimes and no service other times.. I've never seen this issue and I worked for Bell in cell phone years ago so I'm not ignorant to technology. Any suggestions I haven't already done would be welcomed!
