Cannot make calls to local numbers

I'm sorry to hear that your issue has not been resolved yet, 

Can you please private message me with your phone model and the IMEI number of the phone? Dial *#06# on your phone. If your phone is working, your IMEI will pop up.

@Neelvashi I have moved your post so that it is visible to the Community. If you cannot make calls, it is best to try rebooting your phone and checking that your account shows your service is "Active" and not suspended. 

Also, if you have texting, and/or data in your plan are those services working?
