I received two password resetting emails, but all lead to an error message of:

       Sorry, this page has a time limit which has expired. Please re-enter the old and new passwords and try again.

Please help me to pay my balance. My phone number is 514-xxx-xxxx.

Please remove your phone number asap from your post - this is a public forum.

As outlined in my previous post you need to send this information to the moderators (who are PM employees and can help you with a proper password reset as well as changing your credit card information) by private message.

The link I provided opens the private message form - all you have to do is to describe your problem there and hit send.

The moderators are back in office tomorrow morning at 9am eastern time.
