paying for data, account is fine, but can't use data

My data hasn't worked for a month, i paid for my service, i should have 12gb over 90 days but i keep getting an error message saying i am unable to access the web

 

can someone help me, a month is ridiculous, i don't want to post my number in the open forums here, will an admin pm me?

another thingto try is to pop  your sim into another phone and set up the apn in that phone.  that is also a good check fo phone issues.  also maybe try a network settings reset.

In future, never shy away from asking the mods to look up something that is broken.  I wish you had reached out on day 1.  Anyways, I anticipate the mods will have a solution for you very soon.  They will be online 9am to 9pm eastern time tomorrow.

its throwing up a public mobile logo and message saying my plan is expired or i am roaming in the states, but my account shows the plan i am on and they took the payment no problem

yes i know about apn settings, everything was working fine till a month ago

@robmack, the problem with data not working can be due to something on your end or something on the public mobile end.  From what is typically reported here, it's usually at the customer end with issues like APN settings, data meter, etc.  As already recommended, check your account and if there's nothing wrong there, troubleshoot your end.  If you can give more precise information, the people here can assist.  It doesn't take a month to fix a data issue.  You gotta own part of the solution process here.

i have used 0gb of my alottment this month because it just won't let me

 

my account shows i'm on a 12gb/90 day plan and thats what i'm paying for

Check your account under Plan & Add-ons -> Data & Add-on Usage to make sure your data allotment still shows up there.  If it's gone, then you may have used up your data.  Also, have you checked your APN settings?

You've probably done this, but just in case, make sure to reboot your phone.
