what was the issue? are you able to make outgoing calls but not receiving incoming? you ever got a text from the old provider about port authorization? you replied Yes?

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them 

But the team is now closed, so either wait  till tomorrow and call, or you can message PM now, but likely they won't reply till tomorrow anyway.  if you want to message them, use this link:
