I did the top up data add ons onto my plan and I am unable to see browse the internet on iPhon 6

Adding add-on really need to be get fixed up its suppose to be 1 step easy going solution which is over due to be get fixed lots of user thing they already purchase add-on but not that many ppl know about 2nd part of add-on process

Try powering off you phone for a few minutes, then turn it on again.

@johnrathinas Moved your post to create new thread and increase Community visibility.

Suggest you login to your account and confirm you have the data add-on. If not, look at Available Funds. If that equals the cost of your add-on just pick it again, click activate now, logout and reboot your phone. Activating an add-on requires two steps:

1. pick and pay, which adds available funds

2. pick a second time to activate.

The first thing I would start with is checking the APN settings.  This link provides some how tos for doing that.

Just to cover all the bases here, purchasing an addon is a two step process.  The first step results in funds appearing in the account.  Then you have to go back and apply the funds to making the purchase.  Please check the account to see if the addon was actually purchased.
