Hello, this has also happened to me, but 3 if our credit cards were billed.  Every time I tried to activate my sim it said unable to process credit card so we tried another one. Now 3 cards have been billed, my account is not showing and the SIM card is not working.

 

Help please.  We need to have the payments reversed and our sim activated.

@heatherwca Response time generally a few hours, but may take 24. If you were transferring a number, your old SIM may still be working. Do Not make any more payments.
