After 24 hours after switching phone providers to public mobile the issue has seemed to resolve itself. Thanks!

Is your mobile data on when trying to send the RCS?
Android.
I just switched to public mobile
It says verification limit exceeded
How do you re register rcs?

Android or iPhone?
try Reboot phone and then Reset network settings. If same, you will have to re-register RCS
