So this is a big rant on the support of Rogers...
Last week:
Try connecting to rogers.com to view my internet usage. I can see a graph but not the day to day usage. I get a BS statement saying there is no account linked to this page, HOWEVER on the front page it clearly shows my account.
I contact their support ... get through to make a ticket ... done. Someone from support was supposed to contact me within 24hr. nothing.
yesterday:
I go to see my status to see if they fixed it without bothering to tell me. I cannot log in. WTF? Try again. fail. Try different browser fail. Try send forgotten password ... nothing received. WTF?
Contact support. I do everything they suggest. Locked out of account. WTF? have to wait 24 hours??? WTF did you do!
Transfered to another department... After 10 min they fix the log in issue. I can log in again with the SAME password I had initially ... lame.
I ask about my previous ticket and I get this: Support looked and they see nothing wrong. They will look at it later. WTF does look at it later mean? great customer service there Rogers.
WHY OH WHY is there not a PM for home internet! Rogers support is F* Horrible! I haven't left because the speed is consistant and the price (that I fought for) is lower than others. Their support sucks!

I know there are third party but I am paying about the same what Rogers offers (I argued lots with them... it works on internet, not mobile) ... I just want to track my usage better ...

Where are you located? There are almost always third party providers for internet available. Start.ca, teksavvy, ebox to name a few.

I left Rogers for start.ca internet. Also a reseller for cable services. Amazing service, literally no hold times.

I don't know where you are located, but there are other options and resellers for internet here. Teksavvy resells Shaw internet at a cut rate, with the same sort of expectations you get from PM. A lot of self and community support, etc.
