@Jpostt  - log into your My Account, and check that the SIM card number listed under your profile section matches the sim card number on your SIM card in your phone. If it does match, GREAT. Did you change your phone number recently or port in a number from another provider?

If you ported/transferred maybe the port failed. In this case you may submit a ticket to CSA to get the process restarted.

IF the SIM #'s do not match, this could be fraud on your account. Change passwords and security questions to your My Account account right away, and check your financials.

  1. Log into your Self-Serve account
  2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone
  3. Select Suspend Service

1-Let the Customer Support Agents (CSA) know about this as well, submit a ticket here – to be connected to the Fraud Management Customer Support Agent (CSA) team who will be able to restore your original SIM card.

2-Also recommended to contact your financial institutions to ensure your banking and credit card accounts have not been accessed and checking your social media accounts for any suspicious activity. Make sure you change your passwords to these accounts immediately.

3-You may also want to report the fraud to your local police and the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501, as well as contact the two national credit bureaus to request a copy of your credit reports and place a fraud warning on your file (Equifax Canada Toll free:1-800-465-7166 and TransUnion Canada Toll free: 1-877-525-3823).

You might have a couple things going on. First, do those calls show the last 4 digits of 4001? Maybe 4002 and 3 also. If so then that's the call forwarding to voicemail happening.

Can you call any other numbers? Can others call you?

@Jpostt

that is serious for sure. You'll need CSA help on this one...

@Jpostt

are the numbers ending with 4001?

if so, no worry, they are just voicemail.  Calls that routed to voicemail because you didn't pickup or when you call your Voicemail will be logged there.  So, if you see numbers ended with 4001, it is safe
