You can’t because PM roaming is only available in the USA outside of Canada.
You need to purchase a local SIM or use WhatsApp, TextNow or Fongo app on wifi.

@Iqal Sorry PM only works in Canada and the US with US roaming add on. . Your best to get a local pre paid SIM card in your destination

no roaming service in UK and Saudi Arabia. PM has roaming for US only

you will have to rely on local data prepaid sim. you can use VoIP app TextNow for voice and text instead
