Hello Community
As many of you, I have also had my service suspended/cut off when I actually paid my bill in advance. I had to pay again to reactivate my service in March. I am now trying to get my refund but am having a heck of a time.
Pardon my ignorance but I really do not know how to access this 'thread' they are talking about and I have tried. I have asked for instructions on how to do it and they keep sending me some generic email to 'verify my identy'.( which I have also responded to)
I decided to maintain my services 'as is' when I was notified that there were going to be changes. I have had no problems with Public Mobile's service until this recent change in services in March. Needless to say this has been a terrible experience for me.. All I want is my refund for the double payment!!! Also my payment is coming up again on the 19th and I am afraid of what to expect.
Can someone out there guide me to this 'thread' because they are not assisting me in that area.
Regards
Very Unhappy Chicklet

@chicklet Sorry to hear that you are so disappoint for the changes at PM. The double payment being charged should be contact the Moderator only. We as a community won't be able to do much. Hope that you are able to get the refund.

I don't know what "thread" you're talking about.
To get assistance with specific account issues you need to send a private message to what they call moderators.
Click the orange link @Moderator_Team.
Edit: re-reading - I see you mention "verify your identy". This suggests that you have in fact sent a private message to the moderators.
Their responses would be indicated by the red blob over the little envelope in the upper right corner. Click on it and then click on the subject line to read the message.
In the meantime, maybe you could post screen snips of your payment history regarding your double payment from a few weeks ago.
Also maybe your overview page.
Blank out personal info of course.
