Hi,
I bought a new phone. Transferred the physical SIM over. RCS will not work. I tried everything on this site about Carrier Services, reinstalling Messages, all kinds of cache clearing and rebooting.
"Not Supported" RCS chats has been disabled by your carrier.
I think I need PM to fix this on the back end because that comes up immediately. No waiting to set up etc.

RCS not working for me either, on two public lines I have (one recently added and another long time use). I'm convinced they currently don't have RCS support anymore given the lack of response via ticket and a lot of comments on various platforms (here, reddit etc). It's too bad but likely need to look at an alternative carrier now.
Tried sim from another carrier and if worked immediately.

I tried resetting didn’t work , thank you . I did submit a ticket .

Reset network settings!!! Send a text message to an android and it should switch to RCS after you send one text message
if that does not trigger it, then send a ticket to PM and ask them to reprovision the sim
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
