Réception d'appels

I recently transferred my mobile number from chatr to PM and after the transfer i can't receive calls anymore maybe because I didn't respond to the massege of chatr to approve the transfer so what should I do?

Not sure if your situation is fixed yet. You will need to contact the Telus porting number.  Another community member private messaged you the Telus porting number. Check your private mailbox (envelope icon) on the upper right corner.

Oui j'ai reçu le message mais j'ai pas répondu depuis le 27 j'utilise mes données mobiles et je peux faire l'émission d'appels mais pas de réception d'appels dans la ligne PM qu'est ce que je dois faire ?

Hi, you have to respond to the message to complete the transfer. I will send you a phone number to retry the process.
