@Majd_Alnasur did you activate instore? if you activated yourself, you would have created one
But either way, whether you have one and just forgot, or you never have one, open ticket with PM support and they can sort it out for you:

When you activated your SIM and entered your CC, login to your account and enable the AutoPay as per @softech screenshot.

@Majd_Alnasur Login to My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Payment Method.
Then make sure Pre-Authorized payments is enabled
