Question on account

i changed my plan today as it didnt auto renew and now i cant connect to the provider and it was working this morning till i topped up my acc with the $50 plan for 8 gigs of data.... really wanna know how long it will take to get it working as i paid and now i cant figure out why it wont connect.... Pixel 2 non xl can provide photos of my account if needed thanks! ive dont everything such as remove sim reboot... ect THANKS!

How about buying a $5 voucher from recharge.com and seeing if that kicks it to go. Which is what the $1 and the lost/stolen feature are suppposed to do as bit of a workaround.
The small denomination may be a little more expensive than buying in a store but I'm not sure a store would sell that small an amount.

As you wait for moderator, you could also try manualling loading $1 to your account to see whether that re-starts your plan. Moderators can take a couple of days to respond.

so everything worked but i cant call out or recieve calls..... gonna need a mod to fix it

Is your account still active?
If yes, your account may not be provisioned correctly with the new feature of your $50 plan. You may try the lost/stolen phone trick to re-provision your plan feature again.
