My contacts I have listed a 1-250-xxx-xxxx now that I am with PM will I be charged long distance if I call them? They are in my home province and just wondering if I should remove the 1 infront of the number on all my contacts

I do have the long distance add on that is why I was asking so that it wouldn't go against those minutes! Again the community has come through thanks for the speedy replies

You should not be charged, no. That being said, you can't make long distance calls without a long distance plan anyway. So in essence, you wouldn't even be able to dial them.

No, if they are within the same province it shouldn't make any difference if you have the 1 in front of the number or not. I believe having the 1 will suppress the long distance prompt you would hear if you didn't include it in the phone number.
