Question about changing plans and my $9 discount

Hello, currently on my account I get a $9 discount each month. I'm looking at changing plans though. If I change plans will I still get my $9 discount or no? Thanks

Are you referring to the Legacy Rewards with the $2 credit/month and $1 credit/referral/month?

The Legacy Reward was changed to the Points Reward last year. Your will need 15 points for a $15 credit now.

Your accumulated Points with carry over to the new plan.

depends on the terms, but likely you won't get the $9 any more.  For all the PM promotions of this kind, they always have a term saying  you will lose it if you change plan

or if you like, ask PM to confirm, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
