Question about 5G Plan

How come I can’t turn 5G on in my iPhone settings? The plan states that it has 5G speeds but I can only use LTE. Whereas my Telus 5G plan gave me an option to turn on 5G.

which iPhone do you have?

you might need to update your iOS for the option to come back.  And check if your Carrier Profile is updated

try also Reset Network Settings on your phone

@Dustin3  What iPhone do you have ? You need iPhone 12 or later for 5G , also ensure your iPhone IOS is up to date 18.0.1

add should also mention even with 5G plan and phone set to 4G/LTE you can still reach speeds faster then 100mbs of 4G plan
