Dear Staff,
I have activated my public mobile card and i chose 15 CAD plan per month , but the payment has been deducted two times from my credit card. How does it possible ?. My mobile number is xxxxx. Please update me as soon as possible. Looking forward for your reply on the urgent basis.

Sometimes you will see two transactions on your credit card as the first one is still pending (the ghost) and then it shows up as the second transaction that went through.
Check later today if there are still two transactions.
Was it taken out during activation? Do you still have extra 15 on your account? You can call 611 to check your balance.
If you don't have it contact moderators

Do both charged slow up in your history
If not take the screenshot of your credit card bill and send it to moderators

If you log into self service and the additional charge is in your Available Funds you can just leave it there and it will be available on your next renewal, otherwise you can choose the ? in the lower right hand corner and follow the prompts to contact a moderator and ask for a refund.
