it's about activating eSIM. I haven’t successfully installed my eSIM, have issued a ticket via App, previous carrier cancelled the service and now the new one is not starting by all means. What can I do? How long shall I wait for any response of the issue, I cannot reach to any people/representatives via chat online. I cannot make any phone calls even to the customer service.

There is a very high volume of requests with customer service at the moment. the average response time is 1-2 days unfortunately. That said, they will resolve your issue when they respond to your. It can be stressful but hang in there. Your service will be fine once they get back to you!

can you double check if the PM eSIM is already showing up on your Sim Manager or Settings-> Ceulluar?
if yes, then you need to manually enable it
but if it is not there you will need to ask PM support agent to help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
