you can rebuy a new eSIM for your new phone
do not delete the old one yet
download PM app on the new phone, login and go to Account page, choose Purchase sim card and select eSIM

you need to download the PM app on the new iPhone 17 and rebuy new esim
login Pm app, Account-> Purchase sim card -> eSIM to buy
you can ask PM back for reimbursement of the $5 eSIM cost. open a ticket for that
