Hi pals,
I recently purchased this add-on for the 10-day US roam with talk/text/250MB for $20. It was all good when I got to the U.S. I was using up the 250MB fast and bought another 500MB for $15. When I used up the 250MB from the first add-on, my voice calling and text also halted. Should that be the case? I can understand about stopping the data as I used it up, but shouldn't the voice and text continue for up to the 10 days?

@softech I thought the conflict only arises if another talk/text roaming add-on is purchased before the first one with the same components in it expired?
Maybe I'm mixing it up but this really shouldn't happen either way and it's way past time for PM to make sure no matter which roaming add-on, or when it's bought, that it works without fail!

@dochok the issue is that the 10 days you got in the beginning has not expired yet and another addon was added. It would be a bit trouble now that the 10 days from the first add-on supposed to still give you the voice and text while the 2nd package you bought is data only. You will need to message CS Support to sort that out.

No, calls and texts should not stop if the 10days have not expired. You may need to contact CS to check if there has not been a provisioning issue.
